CANCELLATION POLICY
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:You have 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule online. SAME DAY CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING will result in 40 % service charge. (Can contact K. G Esthetics through TEXT only, will respond within operating business hours) NO CALL/ NO SHOW: Fail to show up to your appointment without notifying us will result in being banned from all future bookings. LATE POLICY: You have 8 minute grace period before you are considered late. Please let us know if you’re running late so we can try to accommodate you to a later time. Fee will be applied if we can’t accommodate you to a later time on the day of your appointment. NO EXTRA GUEST: No additional guest can be taken to your appointment. This includes kids, family, or friends I have the right to refuse a service.
